Breakfast is the most essential meal of the day

Start off with a clean and filling breakfast. I usually try to get a lot of fruits and vegetables in my daily diet. Currently, my favorite thing to have for breakfast is an avocado toast topped with a sunny-side up egg, Mmmm.
I also like to drink infused water throughout the day because is a great way to detox your body from all toxins and increase your metabolism.
My favorite meals of the day is breakfast or if it’s the weekend Brunch. I love eggs. I eat them every way. Whether scrambled, sunny side up, over easy, medium or hard, boiled or even pouched. My favorite is sunny side up with a little sprinkle of salt and pepper.
My next favorite thing to eat are tartines (open-faced sandwich). Where’s the joy in eating a sandwich when you can’t even see what’s inside.
